Waste of time

This app is in absolute disgrace that simply does not work. Purchased phone numbers and account balances keep disappearing into the digital abyss and the support service is abysmal.

I was a long time satisfied HMA customer who still uses their free anonymous email app & I am disgusted by their new iPhone app. Initially, I used the free 5 day trial & everything seemed to work great. I didnt see a need to pay $3+/month to keep the app, so I let it expire. Today I found a need for a generic mobile phone #, so I paid for a month & picked a number. I was immediately concerned as the app was moving so slowly I knew something wasnt working. I did the traditional uninstall/reboot/reinstall strategy thinking that would fix it, but I was wrong. I went through the long, slow process & was finally able to pay for the app, but it still wasnt working properly. I wasnt especially concerned because I only needed it to receive/send 1 message so I figured the slow response wasnt critical for this minimal activity. Again, I was wrong. When I entered the number provided on the site I was creating an account for, I got the message "This is not a valid mobile phone number". There was an option to receive a phone call with the code, so I tried that. The next response received was "This is not a valid phone number". I realized then that this was a ripoff. Avoid this app, it simply steals your money.

You guys need to fix the problems in the app! It keep loading for 2 minutes! Toooo slow

No matter what it just keeps thinking and thinking and thinking! Waste of a download.

If there was a way I could click 0 stars I would ... Doesnt work .. Crashes all the time , loads very slowly . Seems like it would be a good app if it worked lol

Dont pay any money for this app.without my permition they withdrew my money from my credit card.

I mean like Ive never used the app before and on their page and email, tells me that I can get a free number (trial).

Cant recieve activation sms!

Couldnt even get to the activation point because SMS verification never happened. Concerned that this is not even a real app but a way to mine data.

Did not receive any verification code.. Dont download it.. This is a fake app

Just as HMA works, this one NEVER worked. Complete waste of time. Bad, bad,bad move for the brand, especially promoting this tool to its current satisfied customer base when the product should not have been released.

This product is useless. Texting is horrible and extremely delayed. Impossible to call any company that has an automated system because there is no number field after the call is placed.

Forget about the bad ratings. This App is the best. Thumbs up guys. You guys delivered on your word. Just take your time the code will come in no time. Why the rush and complain. This App helps me a lot.
